How does the initial consultation work?
You describe the situation (by phone, messenger or in person); we clarify the objective and documents, identify the main risks and propose a course of action. Terms of further work are recorded in writing.
Do you work with foreign clients?
Yes. We advise and prepare documents in Russian, Uzbek and English, and work both remotely and in person.
How are fees determined?
They depend on the scope and complexity of the matter. After the initial discussion you receive a written proposal describing the stages and payment terms. We do not publish prices on the website so as not to mislead with outdated figures.
Can you guarantee a result in court or in a dispute?
No. The outcome of a court or administrative case depends on the circumstances, evidence and the decision of the authority. We guarantee a reasoned position, careful preparation and timely updates.
Who will handle my matter?
The matter is handled and supervised personally by the head of the firm.
Is the information I provide confidential?
Yes. It is covered by lawyer–client privilege and the lawyer's professional duty of confidentiality.
Do you handle criminal, family and other private-client matters?

Do you work only in Tashkent?
No. We act in Tashkent and throughout the country; some matters are handled remotely.
What should I bring to the meeting?
Relevant documents (contracts, correspondence, incorporation documents, court acts) and a short list of questions. If there are no documents yet, a description of the situation is enough.
